Went for a notary to enroll my kid for school and he refused to notarized my form because my address did not match my ID but I... thought the purpose of a notary is for subscribers personally appear and make oath in due form of the law, etc. I had to gosomewhere else, and I dont believe this business should have a notary license if they are not going to be fair and uphold thelaw.
