The staff here was super friendly and knew exactly what was good to order. They even customized it for us!
This is a new location, folks I think are still training so it's sometimes very slow (11/23/21). That should change in a few... months when they get things down. Plus side is the team is super friendly, despite a 10-15min wait for only 1-2 cars in line,it's nice to have a smile with upbeat attitude when you get to your turn. So, remember, there are days it's slow there, makesure you have the extra time just in case for the time being. Read more
If you have a gift card, they can't tell you what's left on it. I can go to Caribou and they can tell me what I have left on a... Caribou gift card, but not at Starbucks. I had to come home and look it up online. I know it's trivial, but gives me just onemore reason to love my Caribou. Little things do add up. Read more
They employees are always really nice and try to get the drinks out on time, but they do not know how to make the caramel cloud... macchiato. I have gotten it 3 times and each time it has been done a different way. Only one of those ways were right. The othertwo tasted super bitter and one forgot the cloud foam completely. Pretty sure the other one forgot almond milk. This is myfavorite drink because it's supposed to be sweet and the foam is my favorite part. It's really disappointing that I cant get myfavorite drink unless a specific employee is working. On that note I have gotten 3 drinks from An and she is very helpful forindecisive customers and is even willing to make a sample if the lines aren't long. Every drink I have gotten from her has beenmade perfectly, and I even get a good laugh or a smile for free while I'm waiting for my drink. Read more
