Having been to other locations (downtown Montreal, West Island, Laval), we expected to have a good evening but as you can see... from this rating, we were beyond disappointed. We will never return to this location again! It started with no one to greet us,we waited almost 5 minutes before someone came to see us! We had a reservation and it still took awhile to get seated. We wereseated at the bar, expecting that service would be better, especially since we were the only people seated there (btw 2 peoplewere working the bar). We ordered the calamari & Funghi Misti pizza as well as a beer and a glass of wine. The calamari was ok,the pizza on the other hand was just sad and not to mention cold. Definitely not up to the standards that we had previouslyexperienced at the other locations. Now you'd think being seated at the bar that if your glass is empty, that it would be a cueto ask the customer if they would want another, but no... so we had to wave down the server to order another beer...which nevercame!!! There is a definite lack of management and/or proper training being done at this location. All that to say, I would notrecommend going here. Read more

My sister paid 21$ for calamari + the cost of the rest of her order. They gave us literally 12 pieces of calamari for 21$… is... the calamari made of gold!? We’ve ordered together before and it was never this cheap. :/ Read more

Decided to try out Monza today for lunch. I ordered a very good pepperoni pizza. Crust was thin and not burnt on the bottom like... many are from wood ovens. My daughter had a Fettuccine Alfredo which she devoured. Then to top it off she ordered the CookieMonster for dessert. Fresh from the oven a huge chocolate chip cookie topped with vanilla ice cream. The waiter was a reallynice man. Unfortunately I did not get his name but I think his initials are J.E.. Very nice ambiance and overall we enjoyedourselves.
