Food was good, Air conditioning not working, another customer said it hasn't worked in weeks.
The rudest people up there I will not recommend & the food aren?t good anymore
Wish I could leave zero stars. We will never I and I mean never return to this location we went in looked at the menu and... decided what we wanted. Never getting the usual Welcome to Dairy Queen or anything like that. We got. "What you want" weplaced our order and the cashier responded with "that it" we paid and went to find somewhere to sit. It took us three tables tofind something clean enough to sit at that wasn't sticky or food remnant covered. Had to go back up to get our drink cups towhich I was greeted with "what you want now" got our food fairly quickly but the food matched the staffs attitude. Lousy. The food is okay at times when I go but I ordered 2 small ice creams (blizzards) and when I get to the drive thru and my friend... says hey ma'am in a respectful way this is the wrong order she goes Huh and looks at us with a attitude and says this is whatyou ordered until another lady said no they had the 2 blizzards. I'm glad she changed her attitude afterwards and says have anice day and sorry which is a kindly manner but actions speak louder than words you should of had the same energy before butexcept you were rude the first time.. Updated September 12th, 2022. I just left the Dairy Queen in Blakely, Georgia about 15 minutes ago with a scalding hot bag. I... couldn't even touch the Hamburger because it was so hot and had to wait about 15 minutes for it to cool down enough to get theburger out of the bag. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with no vegetables and instead it was loaded with vegetables. I hadan inkling that was the case when I picked up the burger finally out of the bag and it was super thick and could smell thelettuce. I ended up having to pull over the side of the road and dump all the vegetables off my burger which was now soggy andwet. The fries were all so burnt and had been left in the grease too long. I'm extremely upset with this visit and just to topit all off I asked for one pack of ketchup and the window lady gave me at least eight. This location can't follow simpleinstructions and recommend anyone who orders from here to check your food before you leave. I have eaten here several times inthe past and had good visits on average, but this one ranks as probably my worst Dairy Queen experience ever. And I've eaten atDairy Queen over 100 times in my life.
