Absolutely worst customer service ever...elderly Hispanic woman at register was surfing her phone when I approached...seemed... miffed to have to help us..I ignored that...I ask for a slush...they have none...so as I'm ordering an ice cream and food shegets an attitude w my wife for getting water....from the water dispenser...mind you im ordering meal etc...so I simply said youknow what...I think ill just go somewhere with better customer service...she laughs and literally waves and says that is fine wher no problem...I said I'm sure it is since you don't own the place...not sure if owner reads reviews but as a business ownermyself i can say you should...ive stopped here many times traveling from Austin to San Antonio...never again...rude, arrogant, and miserable staff...plenty of other choices nearby w great employees....avoid this place! Service was so slow and sloppy. It didn't seem like any if the employees knew anything going on or how to do their job. Burger... came out as ordered but not so hot. Dinned in and it took 20 minutes to get my order. Don't recommend this location unlessyou're very desperate. Read more
I just stopped in for a drink ordered a strawberry limeade. Even though there was nobody in front of me, I waited for awhile to... be waited on. Then, it took about another 5 minutes to get my drink. Lastly, there were no actual strawberries in my limeade. Ifyou're in a hurry, I don't recommend you stop here. Read more

We drove over from Canyon Lake for National Burger Day. The DQ website showed a Classic burger at $2/$5.00. The server had never... heard of it, so he got the manager, she said she didn't know about it either and couldn't change the price at the register tothe website price. We should have walked out but we were hungry with no where to go so ordered two burger baskets. The meat wasdry and tasted freezer burned, I told the server and he said sorry!!!! And went back to the kitchen. The only reason they gotone star is for the Blizzard... Won't be going back there again, Sonic is better. Oh, and the restaurant was not clean and thebathroom was filthy with TP all over the floor. And yes they knew it because the manager was in there before me.?? Read more
