We had kolaches for a late night snack at our wedding! Didn?t book until 3 weeks before since our original plan fell through. I... love the pizza and Mac n cheese kolaches so much and HAD to serve them at my wedding. They were able to make 180 kolaches andloaned out two roasters to heat them up. We had several of their bakery items at the Eau Claire farmers market. My favorite - the almond bars!!! wow. People were... lining up to get breads, cookies, bars, and of course kolaches.
