I've been a customer there for quite some time. I always use Uber Eats and other delivery services. The food has always been... fantastic. However, I went there with my boyfriend yesterday because we wanted to have a little lunch for my upcoming birthdaybecause he will be leaving for basic training very soon and won't be there for my birthday. Darlene (the supervisor) greeted usin a way I'd never seen before. She was so respectful and loving, and honestly, she went above and beyond what I can describe inthis review. It was our first time there. We placed an order to go, it was delicious. Costumer service has to be better, I'm talking about... the cashier not about the polite people in the back, Maybe he is too young and he is still learning that's why I put 5 starsinstead of 4, I think the cashier deserve another opportunity. The hospitality was of a 5 star restaurant. Darlene greeted my family and I with a welcoming hello. Darlene encouraged the staff... to be engaging and assist with reviewing the menu. First time I had been to a BGR location. The food was very good, a solid four stars. (Hard to get five stars as a chain burger... joint given need to keep costs under control.) Made fresh to order is always a plus. That said, the experience was fivestars. My server was Shemir, and when I let him know that it was my first time, he went above and beyond to make sure I got theright stuff. I'm posting this because he deserves a shout out.
