This place makes great food however the ordering process on seamless for delivery is a disorganized mess. When you select a... breakfast sandwich there is no option to choose a bagel? Hardly any modifiers. I ended up ordering from Bloomfield?s best bagelsand you should use them as en example about how to organize your online riding portal. Very unprofessional. Read more
Usually I love this place. But today I?m a bit frustrated. I ordered bagel with scallion cream cheese, I got regular... cream-cheese. I ordered a chocolate chocolate chip muffin for the kids got a chocolate chip muffin. Ordered whole wheat wrapdidn?t get that. At least tell me you don?t have this stuff. I live nearby and this is my usual go-to bagel place if I have the time, however the process for taking orders and wait time is... absurd. They need a better system because efficiency is a huge problem. Their current system: once you reach the register toplace your order, the person who takes your order leaves the register to make your order and then hands it to you. Then theytake the next person, process repeats. No wonder there are always lines out the door. They always have a ton of bodies butservice is incredibly slow and this is why. It?s toasted bagels, it shouldn?t take 30+ minutes from arrival to finally be handedyour food. They should have dedicated people on the register and a ticket system that goes to dedicated staff who make thebagels. I?ve tried ordering online but that takes even longer - I?m talking almost 45 minutes for toasted bagels with creamcheese. They really need to rethink their system. The bagels are great but it?s not worth the frustration of waiting because ofinefficiency. Read more
