MAGGOT IN MY FOOD! (Long story short) This isn't the first incident. Ive had food from this place with a piece of silver metal... brillo sponge piece in my food before.. I let it slide but now a maggot is absurd. I was eating right outside the establishment,right away I started puking in the parking lot. I entered, informed employees of the incident with the food and the asian cookemployee came from the back and said, ?its fresh broccoli and was giggling? apparently his name is Tommy and he?s the manager.Im not even sure as to why he was giggling as if its a norm to him, now I?m looking at the review and its a norm. for thisestablishment to have things in there food now. Now I?d be wrong if I yanked him or caused chaos in the establishment for suchnonsense. The only employees that shown genuine concern/were disgusted was the hispanic employee shift lead and Americanemployees. Tried to order curry chicken with fried noodles only to be told they have no noodles or brown rice. Then had to cancel the order... only to find out the guy on the phone didn't take it down. Wasted my lunch break on this place . Read more
This used to be one the best Chinese restaurants but now what a disappointment. I placed an order for lunch letting the young... man that took my order that previously my daughter and I had been there and order pork friend rice(seafood allergy). When we gothome I received a pint of shrimp fried rice called back they apologized and prepared another order. Picked it up came home andshrimp fried rice. We called back to receive more apologies was told we could come back but we passed. Was told they wouldcredit the amount to the phone number. So told the young advised there was no credit linked to the number as a matter of factthere was no record of us ever ordering from this establishment but he did advise I could speak to the manager when I came topick up my order. Apparently he spoke with some else who tried to get the manager I believe she said his name was Mike addressthe issue but his response was he was not hearing this. So I asked to speak with the manager and when the young lady came backshe said his response was ?I am too busy? and he refused to address the matter. For the record it is not the amount it wouldhave cost with or without the credit that was due to us but the fact that you think you are too busy to address a customer?sconcerns. Food is okay. There is such a liking for this place. Many of my friends have raved about it. I thought it was okay not the big... rave i was expecting. Service is above what i expected. Restaurant doesn't look inviting when you first walk in. Could use somehouse cleaning . I hope the kitchen is cleaner.. Read more
