This is the 3rd and final time I come to this location! They never put enough Camel in the Carmel Lattes, and never put enough... cream cheese on the bagels!!! And they don't put straws in the bags for drinks! Read more

The employees were so nice and welcoming, and my drink and donut were amazing.
This is a terribly run business. If not a total scam. Say they cannot make lattes. Latte must be in the top three most... frequently ordered drink from a coffee shop. We ordered two. They charged us for them. Then at the window said they cannot makethem hot. Only cold. So we said give us our money back. Instead they gave us $4 off which is the cost of black coffee notlattes. When we argued that the price was wrong they told us to pull around. We said no correct it now. We waited 20 minutes inline these others can wait as well. To add insult to injury they mismade our kid's juice drinks and added coconut milk orsomething. At least they liked them. 4 out of 4 wrong though. Read more
