First of all their app is messed up. I triple checked and it defaulted to an address I don't even use anymore which I tried to... delete previously. Ultimately, I find out they deliver through Doordash and went through stuff with the driver telling me to goon the app when I kept asking him is he from Papa John's. Then I call the store to let him know I never received my pizza andI'd like a refund. They refused because they said the pizza left but I still never received. I was very upset after a veryhard day and this was the icing on the cake! They left me some message that they could only refund 50% about 10 or 15 minuteslater. This left me more frustrated. I now have to deal with their corporate office or end up most likely with a chargeback. I will be deleting the app and boycotting this business entirely due the fact they ripped me off! Read more
I tried to order dinner, however after 15 min of their presumptive delivery I had still not received my order, so I called the... established to speak with the manager and literally could not understand a single word he was saying so I politely asked forsomeone who could speak english.. 10min later I received a call from ur papa johns manager telling me he canceled my order basedupon my honest of not understanding his language. Pizza was good but I ordered extra ground beef on my thin crust and did NOT get it, also they skimp on the garlic sauce
2/4 orders from this store have been came with undercooked dough that causes food poisoning. Store does not respond to feedback... or any communication channels. No refund or any compensation offered. Not even an apology. Given that the store consistentlyundercooks its dough and is causing harm to the public, this location needs to be shutdown. So I work in food myself and understand mistakes happen that are out of their control but I have contacted both the manager on... duty and corporate and there were no apologies nor any contact. Basically I received a pizza that was not fully cooked. Ithought ?okay well let me call the restaurant and let them know the situation and see what they say? Like I said, I work infood. All I did was tell the manager ?hey my pizza just arrived and it was raw in the middle, maybe it was cause I put extracheese or something but can I get a new pizza or refund?? the manager did not apologize but he decided I was a liar and told meto SEND HIM PICTURES. So I obliged and then he continues with ?well I made that pizza and it looks fine? there was doughstringing out when I bit into it. So no I am actually getting upset because not only is he calling me a liar but he couldn?teven give me a refund or new pizza just a credit. And at this point with the interaction I had with this man, he had ZEROconcern over raw food that could make his customers extremely sick so why would I want to order from you again?
