Ordered a sandwich, pizza, and jalapeno poppers for delivery The poppers were RAW. And I do mean RAW. The breading was dough... and no toasty look on the outside. The pizza was SMASHED. Still edible but it was smashed. My sandwich, I asked for lightspinach and was given romaine. I am allergic to romaine (hence why I asked for the spinach) Called the store and was told bythe manager/shift leader (unsure of their title) that it was the fault of the delivery driver who makes the delivery orders. Iasked why they, as the manager/leader, wasn't checking - was told they were too busy. They did apologize. They did give arefund. When I asked for who was responsible, was told that the delivery person was. Whe I asked if I could go to corporate (asI do believe the manager was young/not the higher up for the location just that shift) he told me to go ahead and see what theywould do Then I was muted/hung up on. 0/10 Unless they get people that pay attention - I would avoid at all costs. The breadsticks are so over cooked. I asked the guy can I have them lightly cooked and he said that?s against policy. Pretty... sure he made that up. He said this is how the breadsticks are ?supposed to look.? First time and last time going there. Today is9/27/22 6:00 pm.
