Pizza was supposed to be sausage and cheese but it was spicy ????????????
Casey's have great pizza. The emploi were nice. A lot of the soda was out of stock when went tho. Have other items as we such as... snacks and fountain drinks to coffee. Read more
Ordered a pizza Tuesday night and when I went to pick it up the cashier was too busy talking on her cell phone to even pretend... to be polite. She just dropped my pizza down on the counter. It was a taco pizza and she got annoyed when I asked for tacosauce. She had the person on the cell phone on speaker the whole time and it was clearly a personal call. I never leave reviews but I had an awful experience with this caseys. I received an incorrect pizza, and called them to receive... a credit. I was told on the phone that I would have a credit. I called back a couple weeks later to redeem my credit, and wastold "we didn't write it down. We can't replace your pizza." When I said "I'm not trying to be a Karen but I don't understandwhy there isn't any record" they said "we don't write down credits" and I said "that's your problem." They wouldn't replace mypizza. Placed an online order for delivery but didn?t realize until the confirmation that I had my old phone number set up and didn?t... put my apartment number for the delivery. (My mistake, I get that) Called the store 4 times and no one answered for me tocorrect this, my first call was immediately after my order went through. I had to drive all the way to the store if I wanted toget my pizza at all. Even better, when I got there and told them I?ve tried calling I got no refund on the delivery, no ?sorryfor not answering?, nothing.
