The burgers are good here alongside the chili mac. I was very happy by the taste of the burger. The chili mac goes best with... extra chili sauce and chili beef in my opinion. I will give the employees a big shoutout here for their friendly and pleasantservice. 4/5 stars, Steak n Shake. So unhappy with my lunch today. I was so excited that the dining room was open again. And was very disappointed. You have to... place your order and these screens when you first walk in, then seat yourself and wait for them to call your name and then gopick it up at the counter. It took over 20 minutes to get out order and then it was cold. You have to get your own drinks, andthere was no ice. I ordered chili mac. My favorite. It was cold and tasted very different. Sorry to say that it wasn't a great experience. Biggest complaint was that the burgers were not as juicy and warm as we thought... they should be. The fries were hard. They were not crispy or warm which was a big disappointment. Eliminating the waitresses andservers also made it sub-par. It's just not the same or as good, as this establishment used to be. Read more
Great little fast food option compared to other chains. Their burgers are pretty good though the patties are a little thin. The... onion rings are great as long as you eat them when hot. The skinny fries are good according to my wife. Great vanilla icecreamfor $2. Read more
