My family and I got dinner from That Burger Joint tonight. We were not disappointed. All the food was REALLY good and cooked... fresh to order! The GM of the restaurant is totally cool and a really, really nice guy. He is really customer and customerservice-oriented, very genuine and nice. I had an issue with a previous order, and even though it was technically Doordash'sfault, GM Paul Grazar at TBJ was more than happy to listen to my concerns and try to help me with a solution that made me veryhappy. He called me over the phone, and was just the nicest guy. A lot of managers wouldn't have done that. He is different, andI am happy to have spoken with him, however brief. Customer service is in short supply these days at many places of business,but thankfully, that isn't the case at TBJ in Bloomington, IL, thanks to Mr. Grazar. <3 Read more
Great burgers. The menu is simple. About half a dozen speciality burgers along with basic burger and cheeseburger that you can... customize with toppings. Fries were great. I ordered cheese fries, but the cheese just turns out to be basic natcho cheese saucelike you'd find at a movie theater. Next time I'll try the loaded fries which I didn't get, but looked great. Awesome concept tohave directly attached to an ice cream store where you can get sundaes, shakes, etc. to go with your burger. Read more
