Half my order didn?t show up and when I called the number on my receipt, attached to my pizza box and the same one in my email,... the guy acted like I called the wrong store. He put me on hold and never picked up again. Tried calling back 4x with noresponse. Read more
Southside.One poor guy working. No one to answer the phone. Had to drive there to get the correct food. Online refund was a... joke. My girlfriend got basically chicken and dry noodles. Supposed to be Alfredo something with no chicken. 30 minutes on holdstill ringing when I was at the store waiting on the food. The whole idea was for us all to rest, and have food delivered toeveryone, not get frustrated and miss the end of opening Sunday NFL. Not the employees fault, mistakes will happen but ifthere's no way to fix them that store shouldn't be open to take my money. Read more
Took two and a half hours to deliver when they said it would take 25-35 minutes. Sat on hold for 20 minutes with no answer.... Pizza was pretty much cold when it arrived and the drinks were warm. Terrible. Read more
This location is usually amazing. Tonight I know has been busy, but when a customer pays for something they should receive the... product they paid for. We didn't receive our whole order and the store was called and made aware of it. After 2 hours of waitingfor the rest of our order, endless unanswered calls to the store and being hung up on each time is really frustrating. At thispoint I don't even want the pizza. I would just like the wrong to be made right. Read more
