The person in the drive thru was very friendly. But I got the chicken alfredo and asked for no black pepper, there was black... pepper on it and it tasted super salty. The breadsticks and salad were good but the alfredo is gross. Read more
Food wasn't terrible but needed twice as much spaghetti sauce. Appreciate the free bread sticks. Very generous! Employees were... great. But it's incredibly obnoxious to ask people paying with credit card "Do you want to tip me for yaking your order?" Went there today and the staff was so nice and beyond friendly!! they were very fast and the food was fresh and tasted good.
Me and a few coworkers ordered delivery one day because we work on the opposite side of town, only get 30 min lunch and we... REALLY wanted Fazoli's. The food was good but maybe Sat for a little while, we ordered and paid for a whole extra 12 breadsticksin addition to what came with our meals because let?s face it, the breadsticks are a HUGE returning customer drawing point. Weonly got 4 breadsticks (which is what came with our meals) and none of the extras we ordered. I called and spoke with themanager, he didn?t apologize but he offered coupons to be mailed out the end of June and I have still never received anything.Disappointing to say the least. Read more
