Welcome, to shake your steak in the bathroom. The food was alright, burger a tad salty, but decent. Employee interaction was... nonexistent, like the attention to cleanliness. The dining room seems like it has not been cleaned since the invention of mops,and the bathroom is a true warzone of multiple bouts of extremely violent, yet accurate butt barfs in the toilets, and manylikely intoxicated individuals trying to aim for the urinal, and missing. Upon walking in, they only take online orders on machines with almost no interaction with the workers there. The burgers were... extremely salty, fries were on point though. All of the tables appeared to not be clean and the bathroom didn?t look to becleaned for quite some time. The workers seemed to be having fun working together but did not bother about customer service.When I was handed my order I had to correct it because they gave me the wrong thing. I liked the updated location with the kiosk screens to order! An older lady didn?t know how to use the new screens and the man... on the grill (Tuesday afternoon, around 4:15 pm) helped her with the entire order, it was really nice to see. When we pulled up, we saw there was a sign stating, "takeout only", which is fine. We get in and order our food. We each got a... garlic cheeseburger, and each got two additional toppings added to our sandwiches. When our food came out, we decided to sit atthe tables that are available outside. Neither of our sandwiches came out as ordered, even though there was an order screendirectly above where the sandwiches are being assembled. I go back inside to ask if we could have the additional toppings thatwere not on our sandwiches. We finally got the two additional toppings and were able to add them to our room temperaturesandwiches. Let's talk about the atmosphere. Upon walking in I could tell why they were limited to takeout only. Although thedining area looked clean from a distance, the entire restaurant had an odd smell to it and the entire front checkout area had agreasy film on it. We needed to use the restroom while waiting on our food and, let's just say I've been in outhouses thatsmelled better. Also, the smell of urine was so strong it wafted out with us into the dining area as we exited. If I werestarving when I went by this place again, I would rather eat my shirt.
