Under new ownership, the Fairfax is definitely finding itself again. The newer menu, smoked briscuit and pork, and familiar... atmosphere were all very enjoyable. I brought my fiance out for a Sunday lunch and libation, we had a great time chilling outwith the bartender and the locals that were filing in and out during our stay.
