Stopped for a banana strawberry smoothie at around 2pm on Saturday June 26th When I walked up to the counter the only employee... I saw was sitting in the back on a wooden stool with his feet up on a stainless steel table playing on his phone. He came upand took my order and proceeded to grab a blender..I THEN HAD TO ASK HIM TO WASH HIS HANDS...we all know where people take theirphones......???? I was very disappointed when I walked up to the counter the young lady told me that they were not taking any orders because they... were doing a catering order. Waited at the counter for ten minutes with no one to be seen. Finally poked my head around and saw two workers eating in the... back and ignoring me. Had to speak up twice before they would come help me. My smoothie was watery and missing an ingredient.Awful service for a customer who comes in multiple times a week from across town! Came to tropical smoothie a few days ago as I go there quite often and I got the Baja chicken wrap and a Bahama mama. My food... was made by I think her name was Mariah. And it was the best wrap I?ve had there in a long time. The cheese was melted and theamount of toppings were perfect. Like I said I go there quite often and, I am served by Mariah often.
