terrible customer service. ordered a corn dog and they gave me a Chili Cheese Dog. even when I went back the lady that I ordered... my food from seemed confused anout the whole situation. she had said that I had ordered a hot dog with chili and cheese when Ihad very clearly said a Corn Dog. the gentleman that brought out the wrong order went back to the kitchen, made me a corn dogand seemed pretty irritated about me not getting my right order. most people in this situation would have screamed and thrownitems everywhere in which I was fairly calm. even when I got my food it tasted worse than a hot dog from a gas station. kind oftasted like cardboard. don?t eat here even if people say its good. I usually love this location. I work at the mall so they started to recognize me a bit there and the workers were always so nice... to me, until recently. Someone I havent seen there before (whether they were new or just always in the kitchen they were a newface to me) who was handing out the orders and while waiting for mine he unprovokingly said, "take of your mask" to me. I waskind of taken aback so I didnt say anything but it made me so uncomfortable. It was so unprofessional and rude. I was going tocomplain to the other workers directly but I was so uncomfortable and it was busy and didn't want to bother them. Since I workat the mall too I understand the stress and how busy it gets but there was no reason to say that to me. I wont be eating therefor a while because of it. Read more

Wow! Our meals were delicious! We haven't visited an A&W in quite some time and were not disappointed. I ordered the mushroom... and onion burger and it was so, so good! I also got the loaded fries, which were also really good! My husband got a bacon cheeseburger and was also really pleased with his meal. Read more
