I?m not ordering from this location anymore. The last three times I ordered carry out they called me to tell me they were... running behind and it would be an hour wait. Every time I show up the order is incorrect. Last time the woman told me they hadno record of my online order despite a man calling me to confirm the order and tell me they were running behind. Tonight weordered their ?family meal deal? promotion which is a large two topping pizza, a full order of garlic cheese bread and threecans of pop. The order was confirmed at $21 and some change. They called to tell me they were running behind and it would beabout an hour. I show up and it?s only the pizza and pop. They said they did not know it was the ?family meal deal? and if Iwanted to wait they could cook the missing garlic cheese bread. Meanwhile our pizza would be getting cold so we decided to takewhat was ready. After the tip I still paid the full price and got shafted again just like the last time we ordered. The last twotimes it was the wrong size pizza and the wrong soda. The website lets your choose ?Orange Crush? but they do not actually carry?Orange Crush?. It?s ?Sunkist?. Minor issue, but the two taste differently and have different quantities of carbonation. TheEagan location never has any issues and it?s 20 minutes tops. I don?t mind waiting longer, but I expect to get what I order andpay for. The fact that it keeps happening at this location is an issue that needs to be addrsssed. Read more
