Went to the DQ Grill and chill 3939 Eagan Dr., Savage, MN today around 1 p.m. my grandson bought the meal for me I had a chicken... sandwich which was very small piece of chicken tiny pieces of lettuce tiny piece of tomato on a bun for five dollars and someodd cents $5.49 to be exact. My grandson had a coupon that his other grandma had given him and he has been using it and gettingit back from every other Dairy Queen. This get Dairy Queen took it and then they ripped it and threw it away and he said hewanted it back and he taped it well then the manager took it and would not give it back said she needed it for the records butthey had already thrown it away they want to have it for the records then so he was a bit upset that he didn?t get his couponback that his grandma had given him and it did not say that you could not use it more than once Very disappointed with thisvisit at this particular Dairy Queen will not ever go there again Read more

Yesterday my husband and I visited your store in mason city iowa store 11679. We went through the drive through. I ordered... just a small chocolate malt. There were 3 young ladies working. It took longer then I think it should have. When I got mymalt it was over blended and not as thick as I normally get. This store is always slow and no pride in their work. St.paul Ford parkway . Wouldn't give me all my food and when I came in to the store the cashier told me she couldn't give me a... refund because I refused my ice cream and coke.. No I did not.. Then the manger and cashier starting tell me I'm not gettingnothing....Just sad that one of my kids didn't get ice cream because they wanted to fight with me because Keisha the drive thrulady was crabby....
