Slow... I ordered a Hot Chicken Sandwich and a cookies and cream shake. Both were tasty. The hot chicken sandwich was flavorful... and had some heat, not what I would call 3 pepper heat though. It was smaller than I was expecting for the price, ~$10.50, beingabout the size of a McDonald's hamburger. The shake was exactly what you would expect and delicious. My biggest issue was thewait... 25 minutes for fast food. There are other cooked to order fast food restaurants that take less than half the time for asimilar or arguably better product. Read more
I've heard the guys from Good Mythical Morning talk about Shake Shack so wanted to give it a try while we had the chance. We... placed our order at the kiosk and got a text message saying our order had been received and we'd get another text when our orderwas ready. After waiting about 15 minutes at our table my husband decided to go near the counter to wait. Good thing because wenever got a text, the worker just yelled our name out. Overall, the meal was quite underwhelming. The burgers were really small-especially for the price. I ordered a portobello mushroom sandwich. The mushroom was chewy and not super flavorful. My husband'sbacon cheeseburger was small and disappointing. The fries were almost over cooked and seem like your run-of-the-mill bagged,frozen fry. We asked if items were all sold separately or if you could order a burger as a 'combo'. The employee told useverything is ordered separately, because they're "not like McDonald's- they're a step above", but to be honest I'd pickMcDonald's over this place any day, when comparing price, value and quality of food. Have never tried Shake Shake before and it didn?t disappoint. Possibly one of the best burgers I have had. The fries were also... very good. Other people in our group got the chicken sandwich and they liked those as well. I would definitely go back if Ilived nearby. Read more
Quite possibly the worst food I have ever eaten. We ordered two 10 piece nuggets and a 6 piece. The chicken bites were... overcooked and disintegrated when you bit into them. I dont know if they were using really old oil or what the problem was. ButI left feeling like we spent $40 on garbage. Read more
