It was my wedding anniversary, so we decided to have dinner here. We had the 2 for 1 tap ???? beers. Hubby had a long island. We... both ordered the fish and fries. We sat at the outside seating area. That was nice. They needed to play some background musicthough. A little ambience would have been nice. Our server was awesome, she was very attentive to us without being overbearing.The food now... The food wasn't seasoned so they give you sauces, which yes the sauces were good but it would be nice if theywere to season the food. When the fish comes out the oil just hit it with a nice seasoning mix. The coleslaw is an afterthought, no flavor at all. A bowl of cabbage ????. The waffle fries hmm. Again no seasoning. The long island was nice my husbandsaid. The bill at the end of our meal was not bad for two people with drinks. So for food out of ten stars I'd give them a 4, itwas cooked well but there was no flavor at all. Atmosphere gets 7 they would get more if there was background music outside inthe seating area. Customer service gets a 10. Would we be back?? Yes... We think we will try a burger this time. Hope it tastesbetter than the fish. This place is close to home, I love giving my business to neighborhood businesses. I sure wish I could getin the kitchen there and show them how to season food with everyone in mind. Good Beer selection. Superb service. Sub-par tacos. Why do Minnesotans love celery salt? Why would you put celery salt on a... taco? Celery salt is not a spice.
