The woman was so rude and not helpful at all. The banana was brown and rotten . Could not eat it. Can not pick any flavor ice... cream . Just got a very little chocolate and not much vanilla. Ordered a ham bbq. It came out with plain ham on a bun no sauce what so ever. Where is the bbq then it was just a plain ham... sandwich. Management was rude and lied about this was how it is made. Problem is we have had it many other times in the past. This was not to the standard of mays. Read more
I'm not one to complain, but when you have a window for outside ice cream orders then leave your costumers standing out there... for 15+ minutes walking by the window looking at them not saying anything then when they go inside to order you finally startedtaking orders from people who just came to the window I have a freaking problem with that.
