Waited almost 20 minutes to get 3 vanilla milkshakes. When I finally got them they were filled about 2/3 the way up and didn't... even over a drink tray. The kids were to busy laughing instead of working. Read more
Such great food and service. Always served fresh and with a smile.
The fault lies entirely with corporate. The staff and the facility were fine. I'm allergic to beef and pork. Corporate... discontinued the turkey burger. My menu options are now down to chicken. I'll go to KFC for that. I want a mushroom and Swissburger that won't give me explosive colonic distress. Read more
One person sitting inside eating. 9 tables not cleaned off of crumbs etc. Came in at 11:48 was not acknowledged after 5 minutes... finally asked for our order, no hello, how are you, etc. Went to pay by card and lady walked away. No receipt, no thank you,nothing. Told she would bring our food over to us and had two order printed hanging up besides ours and one of the orders no oneknew who it was for. Comforting to see how only 2 people are buying door to eat and they still were confused. Watched over 20cars next door at pal's being served and driving away and still waiting for our food. It was then at that time 12:15 that I wasgetting up to get a refund and leave when the drive through lady brought us our food in a paper bag, no tray, no napkins, etc.Didn't apologize for the wait or say thank you enjoy your meal etc. She walked off. Still never cleaning the dining area. Iasked the other customer who was dining if it was always like this and his reply was yes. When we finished we left our trash onthe tables. I would lay odds when I am done my errands it will still be on the table along with the order ones not beingcleaned.... My experience for a new person who just moved to this community. What's sad is it had Hardee's is one of my favoriteplaces and I was so happy to see one in town. Now I understand why it always seems like it is closed. And pal's is always busywith cars lined up. Will try again another time to see if this was a flux. But as of now I am not impressed with this Hardee'seven though the owner had such a nice write up of the establishment. Read more

One of the few places I can eat while on the road is Hardee?s. I have food allergies and they make gluten-free french fries and... a lettuce wrap burger. I drive thousands of miles a month. In this instance I called ahead from the interstate, like I usuallydo, to make sure that they were open and that they would serve lunch at 10:30. The lady I talked to said yes, they would serveat 10:30. It took me about 15 minutes to get there and I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes for them to stop servingbreakfast. I walked in at 10:35 just to be on the safe side and give them time to change over. After standing in there for acouple of minutes while they chitchatted to each other, someone did finally ask me if I was ready to order. I asked for a burgerand I was told that I could not get lunch yet, that it would be at least another 15 to 20 minutes. I left because by the time Iget back on the interstate I?ve spent an hour and still don?t have lunch. I had to get to my destination before bad weather hit.I was already stretching it at waiting an extra 30 minutes for them to open. I even nicely and patiently explained to thembefore I left that I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes for them to start serving lunch. I was told that there was nothingthey could do. The drive-through was empty and other than the five or six employees I was the only one in the restaurant. Withno clear understanding of why I couldn?t get lunch at 10:35 I called shortly after leaving the parking lot because I would likean explanation in case this happens again somewhere else and I was told by the gentleman answering the phone at the store thathad he known I came off the interstate and waited in the parking lot 30 minutes he would?ve served me lunch anyway. I?m not surewhat this location?s food is like, I?d say on par with the rest of the Hardee?s and the place looked clean but I?m giving them azero for service. Read more
