This was obviously a busy morning with lots of call ahead orders. Google shows a drive-thru, but that's not true. I went inside... to order a Venti tea. They didn't take my name for the order. Several people came in after me and after standing there foralmost 15 minutes and seeing people who came in after me getting their drinks, I spoke up. My drink was made with curdled milk. I ordered an iced shaken expresso. It has white chunks in it and it taste terrible.
I walked inside and right behind me was a white woman who was greeted by the staff by name. However, no one spoke to me. I stood... at the register waiting to order while the woman behind it stood there pretending to be doing something else. I've come here the past two days and they got my order wrong both days. It was very disappointing. Then I got a cup using my... rewards points and the shiny enamel started flaking off so I took it back. They told me I could NOT exchange it for one that wasnot defective. Very disappointing and frustrating. I threw out the defective cup on my way out because it was all over my handsand clothes. I had only hand washed it once and used it. They weren't very cooperative.
