Normally love this chain! First time at Blue Bell location. Waitress was great, so was food! However?Do not let them seat you... near the booth with the Koala Kare Seats. It smelled like poop the entire time. Something needs to be done about that! Not sureif it was just something the specific day we were here but it truly ruined the experience. Read more

We thought the 25-minute wait would be worth it and may indicate we were in for an above-average meal and great service. It was... more than 30 minutes to get a table. The coffee came 15 minutes after we ordered it and we waited another 5 minutes to stir thecoffee after 2 requests for silverware. The food was OK. Our waitress didn't check on us once. The place is cute and the menuhas great options. But, unless they can step up their staffing and provide more attentive service, we won't be back. Read more

Took myself out for breakfast last Sunday and had a delightful experience eating at the counter with my waitress Rachel who was... attentive, engaging, and helpful. I wanted something simple: just scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, crispy home fries and rye toastand it was all great and reasonably priced. In addition, though it was not on their expansive coffee menu, Rachel whipped me upa fabulous decaf mocha hot coffee using just hot cocoa mix, cream, and coffee. My breakfast was great, my mocha coffee wasexcellent, and Rachel is a gem. I'm no fan of national chain restaurants and was a little hesitant based on some of thesereviews but I'm glad I gave the place a try. Not the mom and pop diner experience I prefer but very nice nonetheless. Read more

Served coffee without a spoon which was burnt Ordered Eggs Benedict with "morning potatoes" The eggs were cold and the potatoes... rock solid. French toast was actually fine. My smoothie was already melting by the time it got to my table. Waited 20 minutesfor a check. Updated to 2 stars: We received some vouchers for meals which was nice. We went back and although thisexperience was better this restaurant is just not for us. The food was still bland and just not well put together. Hot itemsover cold items. Eggs Benedict undercooked to the point of extremely running clear egg whites. I might suggest not puttingcold tomatoes and ham under hot eggs...it's extremely weird sensation in the mouth and not pleasant. I'm sure some things aregood here but it's just not for us. The staff are incredibly nice though and I'm sure they will improve. Read more

Nouveau diner spot for breakfast lunch. Service friendly and reasonably quick. It is however a chain restaurant. Some unique... specialty drinks. Outdoor seating available. Decent but not special slight twist to the standard diner Read more
