Someone needs to take a trip to Nashville and eat at Hattie B?s. HCM has good batter but they need to serve whole chicken... pieces. My sandwich was fat and chewy. Once I got through ?this tastes good?. I was gnawing on very tough breast meat. One chicken sandwich w/fries, three tenders with mac and cheese and one fountain soda= $42! Chicken was HUGE. Medium heat... breading was crunchy and almost too hard ? borderline burnt. I have a moderate tolerance for heat and this was not the slightestbit spicy. The chicken was very thick but extremely dry and hard to bite. Fries were great, but small portion. I am a regular customer here and everything has always been good but last night was the complete opposite. The Mac and cheese... had a weird green tint and wasn?t edible. The chicken in the sandwich was burnt. Had to throw it all out, very disappointed. Read more
I've only been here twice because it is a fairly long drive from me, but it is a very good chicken place. Sadly the last time I... went my chicken was a little tough and dry but I can excuse it and hope the next time it'll be a little more tender. The linesaren't as insane as when they first opened so now has been a great time to go and get some chicken. I'm a big fan of theirbrussels. I found their lemonade too sweet for my taste, but if you like sweet I'm sure you will appreciate it. They do a lot ofcollabs with other restaurants which keeps their menu fresh and fun. Read more
