The atmosphere is very nice. The River, and the cabin style building. The food, not so much. I ordered the filet with green... beans, and baked potato. There was not an ounce of seasoning on the steak or the green beans. I expected more for the pricepoint. ($150.00) The server never came back to refill our drinks, or check on us. The portion size for the sides are extremelysmall. I was still hungry when I left. Also, we were not aware that the restaurant closed down at change of shift, so we had towait an hour and a half to be seated. We probably won?t be back, nor recommend this restaurant. Read more

The menu has a variety of options and price points. From the casual seafood options like a Shrimp PoBoy to more elegant options that include scallops and lobster. What a beautiful view! My wife and I had a great experience here. Rustic cabin like feel with a beautiful view of the river. ... We opted to wait a little longer to get a table on the deck and was worth it! Really enjoyed the food and our service wasfantastic. What's not to like? 4+++ The atmosphere and setting is a 6. Often when you travel you give up taste and selection for atmosphere and ambiance. Not... here. I really enjoyed my Shrimp Poor Boy and the appetizers. I would say the food is a solid 4, the experience also liftseverything. You won?t have a bad meal and you will enjoy the view and atmosphere. Go! Try it out!
