Had a digital coupon for buy 1 get 1 free for 8 inch sub. When I went to pay, I showed the guy the coupon on my phone. He said... he needed a paper cut out of the coupon. I told him that we had used this coupon a few times in the last several months andthey had always accepted the one from my phone. He refused to accept it. I told him that if he was not going to accept thecoupon then he could keep the sandwiches. He responded with, " Don't ever come back here again." I told him they should traintheir employees better on which coupons to accept. He responded with, "I'm the general manager, I don't care to hear that." Iwas not happy about him not accepting the coupon but for him to tell me to never come back... Are you kidding me. On 2 previousoccasions, we had called to ask if they would accept the coupon from our phone and they said yes. I have worked in a fewdifferent restaurants and I am well aware that some customers can be total jerks and his response would have been merited. I,however did not raise my voice to him or cause a scene or treat him rudely, in the least. If I were the franchise owner of thisrestaurant, this guy would be fired. No broccoli cheese soup @11:30 am ?only potato? bc they didn?t make any.The staff we?re very rude from the big guy who took my... sandwich order to the teenage girl that I told what I wanted on it. Think they both hated their jobs.Hard to find good helpapparently! I would never visit this location again!!! Would have asked to speak to a manager but it was nothing but kidsworking here.
