Slowest restaurant I?ve ever been to! I visited on my birthday it literally took 59 minutes to get a mixed drink from the bar.... All employees were busy and I understand that but after a half hour I expect a drink in my hand. This place is either severelyunderstaffed or the people aren?t trained correctly, I have never seen a help wanted sign though. I went back to give itanother shot few days ago and sat at the bar and literally took an hour on my appetizer and set without a drink the whole time Iwas eating hot wings and they were not that busy. It took 10 minutes for our server to take our drink order. The server was nice and friendly but two sandwiches took about 30... minutes from the time we ordered. The menu is a bit deceptive. They have homemade chips but where it lists the sides for thesandwiches it just says chips. So we got 2 $5 sandwiches and a 2 50 cent bag of "Ruffles" for $21 plus tax. After we were doneeating it took 15 more minutes to get our check and pay. It was Tuesday lunch... not exactly peak hours. Read more
The food was good, when I finally got it. Service was terrible. The waitress forgot to put my order in. The friend that was with... me got their food after a short wait. It took 45 minutes in addition to the 30 minutes i had already waited, and asking thewaitress twice about my food before I finally got the simple order of fish and chips. I don't know if my experience is typicalor if I just got the worst waitress. Read more
