This was by far the worst place I've ever eaten. I asked ask for extra onion when I did not get it. I asked if I could get some... more. They basically told me too bad The place is filthy the lady behind the desk. I guess her daughters or whoever's babieswere being watched in the dining room by someone else. But the worst thing is when a customer asks for something extra theyshould get it. I will never eat here again. Tried to get food from there at lunch for a month today no diffent only 4 cars in line left after waiting over 30mins. And you... guessed still 4 cars in the line same spot. I Dairy Queen today and sat in the drive thru for 20 min, just two cars back. It?s unfortunate that these restaurants are so... under staffed and under trained because management is over worked. I left the drive thru and went inside, the cashier wore manyhats and the staff that was there? was working drive thru?why??? It certainly didn?t help drive thru move any faster. I was visiting the Bluffton SC area yesterday. We waited nearly 20 minutes in line at the drive thru at the Plantation Park Dr... store in Bluffton SC. No one came on the speaker to take our order. We just waited a couple of sundaes. So we drove to thewindow to order. The woman told us she would not take our order for sundaes and that we would have to drive around to the backof the line which had formed. That was very rude treatment for someone who had waited that long, was not familiar with theordering process at this store, and who only wanted a couple sundaes. She could have prepared the order in two minutes. I willspread the word about this rude treatment (starting here). I do not plan to support this store any longer.
