Gave me the wrong items. Didn?t realize till I returned home. When I called they wouldn?t refund and would only give me a store... credit for the next time I was in. If you mess up and you k ow you did then it should be easy to make it right. Manager evenadmitted over the phone they messed up and knew about it. Went there to get lunch. I waited twenty minutes didn?t even get Acknowledged for twenty minutes. And when I finally did she... asked if I was picking up an order I said no I wanna place one. She said well you should?ve ordered online. Then went back todoing what she was doing. I get people are short staffed. I didn?t make a fuss and waited to be recognized.
