The person who took and prepared my order was very nice and helpful. However, the food was awful. Bland and overpriced. Tiny,... tiny morsels of chicken and there was barely enough for one person. This was a family order for four people! A ton of rice,hard, dry and barely cooked. A greasy, flavorless sauce to accompany it. It was very expensive for the quality and quantity. The food is fine. The front staff was polite. The assistant manager tried to help. Last week I stopped in and was doubled... charged on my card. I cancelled my order and went in to order. I essentially paid three times, but they were close to closingand I could not order any later online. So the assistant manager took my name and number and told me the manager would call methe next day to clarify the additional charges. Never once did they call me. I want Choolaah to do well, but the managementclearly doesn't care about customer service. If I'm being double charged and I'm told a manager is going to call me, then call. My kids want to eat here every day because of the automatic hand washing station in the dining room. I think they washed them 6... times each! ???? Food was good, except we didn't really like the Naan bread. Sauces were a nice touch. The hot was VERY hot!!Would return. Read more
