Female employee with the long fake eyelashes provides terrible customer service 9/24/22 she slopped the food together, had a... horrible attitude, when I asked her to please drain the carnitas and the salsa she said ?ya, you want me to drain it? yetproceeded to assemble the tacos without draining anything so the shells were sitting in a pool of liquid. Then I asked her forchips and queso and she started scraping old gunky cheese from the bottom of the pan so I asked for fresh queso and she said ?ifyou want fresh you?re gonna have to wait? while she still filled the container with the old gunky cheese and handed it to theguy at the register. Food/Service is good for the most part. The servers are always friendly. Bizarre there was a man wearing a collared blue shirt... eating and walking around the back and front. It was pretty gross to see him lick and wipe himself all over the restaurant. Iassume it was an employees friend? I've never seen that before. Service was good but the owner is disgusting. In personality and in his store. Openly eating behind the counter, touching his... face, mouth, licking his fingers. His response to my complaint that it wasn?t sanitary was to say he isn?t working? That?sdisgusting. At no moment would it be acceptable for any worker, on the clock or not, to be eating where food is beingprepared. No excuse. Hold yourself to a higher standard. Every time we go no matter the location they always forget the guacamole. You can?t call and speak with anyone which is... frustrating. You have to use an automated system for a call or email that would take a minute. No more Chipotle. It?s tooaggravating to have to drive back and you can?t just call and ask for a refund. It?s actually faster to drive the 5 minutesthan to deal with the automated system. If I would have read the reviews I would not have even gone. Read more
