Drove from Delray to this Chipotle with my hungry toddler and after waiting in line, I was told that they have too many doordash... orders and they can't take any more orders. I get that they might have staffing issues but it is really inconsiderate of them tohave customers wait in a line when they could have easily put a sign on the door stating that no longer accepting orders. The customer service was good but the quality of the food was horrific. The rice was undercooked the protein was chewy and the... main issue was I got a bug in my food. Which I did report to chipotle and they just acted as if they don?t care and didn?tbother to look into the issue. Read more
I Love Chipotle, but there's something about this location, went there couple times and staff are rude with an attitude, a staff... brought freshly cooked rice me and my boyfriend kindly asked the girl to give us that rice (since the rice she wanted to give uslooked old and the color seemed off) and right in front of us she gave us an attitude and went to ask the guy if she could giveus the fresh rice and not only she dumped the rice in our bowl but she put the lid aggressively on the freshly made rice. Thefood was horrible tasting! Me and my boyfriend's stomach was upset, never experienced this at any Chiptole location; we will notbe coming back to this location! Word of advice, do not order food from this location online. This is now the second time I have ordered off a third party site... and my meal has been wrong. I ordered a salad bowl, vegetarian, which comes with guacamole. My grub hub order took over an hourand the driver said usually the restaurant workers don't see the online order, or the driver shows up and the order isn't readyso the driver leaves. After an hour of waiting for my order, once again I was not given guacamole. I was at work so I unable tophysically go to the restaurant to place my order but I will not be doing this again.
