honestly even 1 star is too generous, the manager is the worst professional i?ve ever conversed with in my life, the delivery... guy knocked and left within 2 minutes while i was trying to put my clothes, and i have never in my life spoken to a manager withsuch poor customer service skills. I also received food poisoning from their restaurant a month ago which the pathetic excuse ofa manager again, did nothing about but hang up on me. You should order from here if you want your order and night ruined. I?ve ordered from here 6-7 times over the past few months... and they steal from you. They intentionally ?miss? order notes (i.e. well done) and don?t include extra items that you pay forlike sauce or soda. Then you can?t get anyone on the phone and you have to listen to Papa John?s creepy voice for 3-4 minutesuntil you finally hang up. Reached out at a corporate level before and they don?t do anything to fix it and encourage thisnon-sense. The customer service at this location is disgusting!! I placed my order online and waited longer than the expected time for my... pizza to be ready before I actually go and pick it up, when I get there I waited 10 mins before someone told me my order wasn?teven made yet smh they have an I don?t care attitude, I don?t want people like that making my food anyways, I wish I hadn?t paidonline otherwise I?d cancel the order.
