I wanted to share my overall experience at this location from multiple visits (drive-thru, carry-out and delivery) I do try to... avoid going to this location when I can. And stopped going that often. But from all Pollo Tropical restaurants in the area thisis the slowest one and extremely terrible customer service. There is always an issue, either the food presentation is horrible,takes forever to get your order, A LOT of times they run out of chicken or say they don't have enough chicken! (This is justunbelievable!) and 0 score customer service. Also, they will always be out of some item in the menu or not enough sauces. Read more

Inconsistent, disgusting place. Sometimes it can be good but that?s just 20% of the time. The remainder, the chicken is either... undercooked or overcooked. They fail to give you salad dressing on your salad. This has happened to me twice now on my salad.The employees are awful and rude. Just a horrible place altogether. Read more
