I got in from traveling over 13 hours and went to this taco bell since it said it was open til 4am. At 1am I was told their... ordering was down, so I placed my order on the app. Only to pull back up the the speaker and it say they are closed after Ialready placed my order. The RUDEST service on the planet! The manager had to legit take over the order because the woman serving had yelled like maniac... at me over the Drive through speaker. When I got to the window to pick up my food the manager basically had to hold back thecrazy lady from looking at me aggressively mean mugging me. She looked like she was tryna fight me, her foolish self at her Tacojob. Who ever owns this place I strongly advice to look into your employees I have never been so insulted. She had light brownhair and skin I wish I had more details but I didn?t ask for name. I ordered everything without meat. but even the cheese quesadilla was with chicken. everything went into the trash. I asked... twice if they did everything without meat, they answered yes. but I think they don't understand English. I will never come backhere again. Worst Taco Bell. Extremely disgusting how the workers treat walk-in customers. No other customer was in there except us, but we still stood there... over five minutes before anyone even looked our way. There was even an employee on the restaurant floor stocking that completelyignored us. And when they finally did acknowledge us, they asked ?are you ordering??. Like why else are we standing at theregister?! Really disappointed. At 10:00pm on 11/18 I came here for food in drive through. Was not given a receipt. Drove home, got in my... PJs and went to eat with my partner only to realize my food was wrong. I tried to call 12 times no answer. I drove out of my wayto begin with to get this food then had to drive back. Using at least ten miles of gas and an hour of my time. It was so lateand I am tired so I ask for my refund. The manager refused to give me a refund even though I literally got to eat 0 of my dinnerand have a dairy allergy and was given dairy. There was no empathy and no cares. I drove out of my way and tried to call 12times before driving there. I will be contacting corporate. I will not be quiet about this and I will be getting my refund. I ambeyond livid with this experience as anyone would be. I can?t believe I had to waist gas in this economy just to be disrespectedthis way.
