This is what is left of my blue corn hatch green chili enchilada plate. OMG this place is freaking awesome. I have had birthday... parties of more than 20 and have been here solo and never had a bad experience. HIGHLY recommended. The staff is great, the foodis delicious and the atmosphere is perfect. DO NOT ORDER A SMALL MARGARITA!!!! This is Texas go big or go home. The watermelon margarita on the rocks is where it is.. Go... for it, order large, thank me later. Ok the staff. The entire crew wait staff, management, and I'm pretty sure the owner wereall hustling. Running plates, cleaning up. Hell everyone always came to check on us . Food came out fast and hot. Very good. For lunch, we went to Boerne to try @lasguitarras2020 for the first time. Although they were short staffed, they accommodated... us in the patio. Alyssa did a great job serving us and recommended the Chicken Raspberry Chipotle dish that Dad and I shared. Itwas good to have had the sauce on the side. My husband and I both had the SanGrita - he had frozen and mine was on the rocks.Delicious! We got the Guacamole Fresco small thankfully. The portion was larger than I expected. We were treated to acomplimentary cup of Fideo which was a little too spicy for Dad. My husband thought the Puffy Taco was one of the best! He hadthe Tacos de Ribeye which was the free entrée for his birthday. We couldn't miss having the Churros for dessert! The food wasfilling and tasty!
