Based on Uber pickup. The staff was extremely unfriendly, I mean extremely. I had my daughter who is 8 with me she tried to... talk to the cashier but was completely ignored. I was the only customer inside & there was nobody in the drive thru, but Istill had enough time to call my phone company & be on the phone with them for 10 minutes, after I was done with the call Istill waited another 5 for the freaking order. The breakfast, in my opinion is the only thing that's keeping Hardee's in business. Breakfast is almost always good but their... lunch and dinner menu items are overpriced, take too long to prepare and the results are just meh. Read more

Ordered 2 sausage biscuits and a bacon biscuit with well done bacon last Friday. Well when i got home i realized that they... barely cooked any of the meat. Almost raw! Pretty sure that you shouldn't eat undone pork. Call customer service and of courseno return call. Customer service for Hardee's must be a super easy job when you you get to pick which customers you want to helpand the ones that you don't , just ignore. Read more
