Good breakfast place with outdoor seating. They were a little understaffed and the service was slow but you can't knock them.... The food quality makes up for it. Definitely worth coming here and waiting. Read more

Menu should have read ?Hard stale biscuits covered in room temperature prepackaged gravy? and a side of ?vegetable oil flavored... cool potato slab? Service was poor considering there were 4 people inside. The attendant brought the food out then didn?t returnuntil he handed us a bill. Otherwise I would have returned the plate. Read more

Cliff Notes: "Not good. Reminds of old military chow hall food quality. If I had to choose between disgruntled Airmen and the... dude-bro serving staff as my servers, I would have taken the disgruntled Airmen." Long story: In order to have fantasticplaces, you have to have mediocre spots. In order to judge what is good, you must also experience the bad. Yin and Yang, balance, and equilibrium. Addie's is my first breakfast spot I've visited since moving to Boise. I now have a standard on whichto judge every other place I'll be visiting, because I won't be coming back here. Addies has all the lovely charm of an oldmilitary chow hall, complete with disinterested staff, poor food, messed up orders, and an overall sense of dread and doom asyou shovel the slop into your mouth so you can get on with your day. I ordered the chicken fried steak, over hard eggs, with1/2 biscuit and gravy. Check out the attached picture to see what I got. Cold runny eggs, cold biscuits, gravy with visiblelumps, and a chicken fried steak where the breading left a weird aftertaste in my mouth. It also took forever to even make theorder, as many servers looked me dead in the eye but were more interested in eating meals at the counter. In all, I've hadworse food, but it was cooked by angry people in uniform in remote locations where everyone was miserable. This restaurantreminded me there can be worse places to eat and they are usually funded by Uncle Sam. Luckily, I'm at a point in my life whereI don't have to unwillingly experience bad quality like this on a day-to-day basis ever again. I'd recommend other patrons dothe same. Read more

They offer outside dining and my husband and I are still avoiding eating in. Adequate shade provided by umbrellas and sun... shades. Ask if they have fresh decaf, if that's what you drink - bottom of the pot was not good. There isn't an option belowfor outside dining, so I chose take out, as we didn't go in; but we ate at one of their patio tables. Read more

Loud small space. If your looking for a quiet breakfast - don't go here. Service was nonexistent. My father had to flag down... someone to fill his coffee cup / twice. He said his corned beef hash was worst he's ever had. I ordered pancakes and they cameto the table burnt. And my mother said her iced tea was not good. I wont be going back - nor can I recommend it.
