I never hold high hopes for coffee shops. But I'd rank this in the top 5% of coffee shops in America. (My personal fav) After... travelling the states for work for years and getting coffee in every town I go to. Some shops do coffee and pastries and maybesome breakfast foods at varying qualities. But this one hits them all great. Coffee is perfectly sweet, hard to find since mostwill just fill it up with sugar. Muffins are the perfect ratio of crunchy top and fluffy inside. Bagels are pretty good too,though In high demand. If you're visiting Boise, come here for coffee at least once. The people may seem a little weirddepending on your vibe - but you'll enjoy it. The experience was very nice! The woman(I hope I got their pronouns correct), helped me find exactly what I was looking for.... This delicious bagel with locks and cream cheese and capers on it. I order a brown spiced sugar cappuccino with it as well. Thevibe is very welcoming. And their sign says they welcome everyone of every background too! Even LGBTQ friendly! ??????????????
