I have not had a pleasant experience at this location in years! Latest visit was the final straw. the dining area was closed... early...... again..... the drivethru service was horrible - verrry inattentive. The food was wrong..... You can not order whatyou want from the Coke Freestyle machine because the dine in is closed. Plain impossible burger came with ridiculouse amount ofmayo. No fries in the bag. The had to wait in the drive thru to take it back. The guy was so rude to me and asked what waswrong with mayo on a burger? Um it is a veggie burger..... why would I want mayo on it (mayo has eggs). I would give no stars but i cant post this with no stars I never get anything I order correctly and there is always at least one... thing missing management is exactly rude and never have the appropriate training even in proper food handling ,crosscontamination or basic serve safe practices. The last time we were in there I had to have my order remade 3 time because ofitems the would have cause an allergic reaction being put on then obviously taken off every time just because the employees andmanager were not in the mood to deal with this tonight and it wasn't the day for me to be complaining as the manager said. Ihave managed many restaurants over the years but this was by far the worse thing I have ever experienced I'm not sure who hiredthese managers or employees but a complete overhaul should be called for I have never seen the amount of laziness lack of workethic and complete disregard for professionalism in my life TRULY PATHETIC. This deserves a shoutout! I ordered an impossible whopper for lunch earlier and unfortunately ground beef was used. I got a few... bites in until it registered, and my tummy has been trying to hang in there ever since. I called, and they said to come by afterwork for a remake and a refund! So I went, and they had trouble with my Apple Pay refund. Instead, they gave me cash back, anew impossible whopper and a free drink to make up for the error. My tummy is still recovering, but I will definitely feelcomfortable going back to this location for how sweet they were about the mess up. I am soooooo satisfied! THANK YOU BURGER KINGSTAFF! Burger King has great food and selections. I consider it the only place left in town to have a dollar menu. I can feed my family... at the cheapest price fast food here. The rodeo burgers are at Great value. I won't go anywhere else. Read more
