We were so impressed with this location! Not sure if it was the manager working at the time, but this guy was upbeat,... personable and kind. He loaded us up and was happy the entire time. Food was delicious. We haven?t been to a chipotle inBoise for years, since our last experience at a different location was horrible, BUT we?ll be back to this one. Read more
Appalling and disgusting!! I went there last night. First and last time at this location. We were greeted and our food was... prepared without issue. However, while waiting in line I saw the kid (sandy blonde hair with red cheeks) at the back grill takea fork and stick it into the pot of meat and eat from it. It caught me off guard. About a minute later he went back, with thesame fork from his pocket, and did it again without any concern for the 8-10 of us in line watching him. When we got our food Isat down at a dirty table because 3 other employees were apparently on break at the same time eating in the lobby. Afterclearing my own table I sat down with my coworker and told him about what I saw. Moments later I saw the kid at the grill headback for more. I pointed it out to my coworker who turned around to watch. The kid forked another two bites and looked up makingeye contact with us. He raised he eyebrows, impressed with himself, as if he had no care that we saw what he was doing. He thengrabbed a few juice boxes from the front display cooler and joined his friends on break. Ordered online. Went through chipoltlane tonight. Put every ingredient besides the chicken in my burrito. Got an extra tortilla... and it came out to almost $10. To somehow forget the chicken is pretty disappointing. They were cool after making us wait for along time in the drive thru line by offering us sodas and I really didn't care about the wait and would have been fine withoutthe free stuff but for us to get home and see no chicken c'mon guys it's not that hard Read more
My wife and I are on a cross country trip and stopped in Boise for a quick rest. We came here for dinner, like 30 mins before... closing. The crew working were so nice and friendly and made our food quickly and with the biggest smiles. Definitely one of thebetter experiences at Chipotle with Charles, Aaron, Amanda, and Mason!! Interrupted me in the middle of ordering to tell me they were now only taking online orders. Also were out of rice an offered... me to have just plain rice because she didn?t know how to add the cilantro/lime I think these issues are coming fromshort-staffing but Chipotle needs to do better to properly staff their locations if that?s the case.
