Founded on farm to table principles, Fork is good at that. The difficulty of getting a table speaks to that. Local sources,... freshness, with routine. If that's all you need, it's great. What I was missing is the flavor. Fresh and good ingredients wantto be cared for, so the diner can experience them right. Cut back on the sugar please. If I want dessert brussel sprouts, I'llorder dessert; the ones we got were too sweet to offer any other flavor. Idaho rainbow trout was fresh but bland, sorry. Wherewere the herbs? Definitely a good place to visit in Boise. It’s not completely a Italian or French it’s a mixture of cuisines. I tried the... fries, asparagus fries, tomato bisque and ravioli. Gorgeous restaurant. They told us all ingredients were local which we loved. Staff was very polite. We started with the fried... asparagus which was definitely amazing. We then tried the duck and the prime rib for our meals. Both were delicious and wouldwithout a doubt recommend to anyone. We ended with the warm butter cake topped with ice cream and berries.
