We hired Kanak Attack to cater 150 Ballroom Dancers. I arranged a time for setup and dinner with "Operations." I discovered that... Operations means I would get 1 person total. And I would not get a call, a text or an email notification of a mishap delayingthem nearly an hour. And we would have to help them unload and setup, dinner served late, and we would run out of salad androlls. And I would be denied a partial refund on the Operations. And all of this would fall within acceptable tolerances withno need to extend a discount or credit. The food was good. We used Kanak Attack catering for our wedding, specifically the food truck. It was really fun and great food! Unfortunately, it... took a ridiculous amount of time to get all of our guests served. We had a rather large wedding at 150 people. Once guests puttheir order in, it was out within a few minutes. But they only had two people on staff. I wish there good have been more peopleon staff to speed it up a little bit, but overall they did a really good job and there were several compliments on the food! Read more
