Good location, linked up to the gas station convenience store but they still have a full seating area and drive thru.

You really should take the time to teach all members of your crew about the ingredients of your menu. Luckily I wasn't charged... any extra, but I ordered a Big Mac requested to have the meat substituted for 1/4 lb patties. I was given the response of "theBig Mac has 1/4 lb patties already." I was not in the mood to argue. I was at one time a swing shift manager at McDonalds and Iknow without a doubt that the Big Mac uses the smaller, normal burger patties. (I believe they are 1/8 lb if my memory serves mecorrect.) Customer service is a rough job as is. To be ok with not properly training employees is a major lack ofprofessionalism on the management's part. It only takes approximately 10 minutes to properly show an employee all the resourcesneeded to answer just about every question that might be presented by a customer. Try a little harder management.
